"Appartement très fonctionnel pour une famille, très bien équipé avec 2 vraies chambres et 2 salles de bain. Super emplacement à 10 mn de Montmartre et 2 mn du Moulin Rouge. Bouche de métro au bout de la rue. Appartement en rez de chaussée et pourtant très calme. Personnel très réactif, sur simple appel, on vous communique toutes les infos et se déplace même. Je recommande ce logement et je n'hésiterai pas de le louer de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour."

"Fantastic value for the price we paid. As a family of 5 we were very satisfied with everything the apartment offered us. The photos look exactly like the apartment. 5min walk to the Place de Clichy metro station, easy self check-in and great organization/cleaniness when we arrived there. The owner also replies fast to any demands and is very helpful - although he doesn't speak english very well. We looked for plenty of places in Paris with 2 bathrooms and this one was by far the cheapest for what it offered. If I ever go back there with a group of 4+ people I'll definitely book again."

"The heater of the bathroom upstairs wasn't working - but the appartment offers plenty of portable heaters, making it possible to use one of them to "replace" the malfunctioning one."

"We visited in january and the apartment was cold, but it was ok that they had extra space heaters which we had to use. The power fuse disconnected a couple of times because of this."

"It’s close to the metro, restaurants and supermarket. It is also close to buying souvenirs and the famous sacre coure and moulin rouge. Those were walking distance and good way to explore the neighborhood."

"We weren’t sure if we can drink the tap water. Would have been nice and saved time to buy water outside if there was a note of assurance that it was safe to drink. The electic kettle was our alternative to boil water and drink later. Overall, there’s nothing we didnt like about the property."

"У ванній на першому поверсі не працювала сушарка і тому було дуже холодно. В квартирі було дещо прохолодно, але врятували ситуацію обігрівачі (на -1 поверсі було тепліше). Підлога дуже холодна була, тому треба обов’язково брати капці. Для квартири бракувало пральної машини, але поруч була пральня."
